Face 910 WS2 devices Set to Swipe & Go

Issue: The swipes are all showing as IN and are not processing to IN OUT

Solution

  1. There should be NO work codes defined in the devices screen as below..
  2. In the Device Types for the Face 910 WS2 there should be only one item set... The IN ENTER EXIT as shown below. And there should be no TA codes set..
  3. In the System Setup > Options > Processing The setting 'Devices Set To Swipe & Go' should not be set to on, this setting is for a specific system using 'Health Roster' application
