Synergy Face error: 'Record Not Found'

When the user swipes on the face device the message 'Record Not Found' appears The logs get created on the server but with the same message.
Solution
Check the Daily Browser to see if date records are being created for the persons. I.e. are there any dates available in the daily browser? If not check that the connection string for the customer is in the service.dll.config for that customer.
Resolution
If it is not there add the connection string and check the SynergyNeedsSync service config too. Restart the horio.service
