How to Set Up a Fire Marshal, Assign Employees, and Print Fire Reports

1. Creating a Fire Marshal
To designate an employee as a Fire Marshal:
- Click the three lines in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Navigate to Personnel > Edit Employee > Additional Settings.
- Toggle the "Fire Marshal" setting to enable it.
2. Assigning Employees to a Fire Marshal
You can assign employees to a Fire Marshal in two ways:
Option 1: Assign Multiple Employees at Once:
- Click the three lines in the top-left corner.
- Go to Personnel.
- Select the employees you want to assign by ticking the checkboxes next to their names.
- Click the Fire Marshal logo to assign the selected employees to a specific Fire Marshal.
Option 2: Assign an Individual Employee:
- Click the three lines in the top-left corner.
- Go to Personnel > Edit Employee.
- In the employee's details, select their assigned Fire Marshal.
3. Generating a Fire Report
To view a Fire Report that includes all employees and their Fire Marshal assignments:
- Navigate to Emergency Control > Fire Report.
- The report will display:
- A list of all employees, indicating whether they are IN or OUT.
- A page detailing which employees are assigned to each Fire Marshal.
This ensures that during an emergency, you have clear visibility of personnel and their assigned Fire Marshals.
