Too Many Redirects - Customer Portal wont load after logon
When accessing a customers portal the page fails to load and displays "Too Many Redirects" This indicates something is looping or redirecting itself to same URL
Problem was with the field highlighted below. You or someone put the same URL as the homepage URL Hence too many redirects to same URL which was causing the problem for site to load!!
You only use that field if the URL is different delete the entry from DB in the table manually to get it working
