New employees entered in People HR to push automatically into Synel, as many fields as possible, except from work rules and card/badge numbers which we will setup in Synel manually.
Any employee details updated in People HR (mapped via employee number) to push to Synel when employee record already exists in Synel.

Holiday/absence data to push from People HR to Synel, we wish to use People HR for holiday tracking.

Export from PeopleHR to Synergy Workforce
Swipes and exceptions to push from Synel to People HR. Just for info, we plan to continue to run the payroll based on Synel TimeLOG data imported into Earnie, as opposed to data in People HR. Swipe and exceptions into People HR are solely for reporting purposes.
