Synergy Workforce Login Security Improvement ver 3.6.8

Complying with a recent PEN Testing, the security system login is now been improved. Previously, a user would stay logged to the system without and time limit which increased the risk of letting others accessing the system with out authorisation.

The current improvement logs out the user after 30 minutes if the system is not used. This will cause ALL unsaved work to be LOST.

The solution:

A user can tick the 'Remember Me' box and by that will extend the expiry duration to 2880 minutes (48 hours).

For Admin Users - we recommend limiting the 'Remember Me' option to 720 minutes (12 hours) by setting the parameters in System Setup -> Option -> General Tab
