Door Reader SY400 transactions not registered in Event screen but door opens and device has comms

If a reader can get status on a SY400 and it can program but the swipe does not appear then check the sy_ac_data table and see if there is an entry in both the Controller and Reader columns #

Reader programmed to send transaction code F101 which is Reader 1 IN, door reader had been configured as Reader 1 Door in software so transaction code had not matched. changed the reader definition
