Suprema Bioentry wont react to cards presented

When using cards with the Bioentry readers the card presented did not register on the event screen and the door did not react.

Solution

Check using Biostar software for 2 settings

• Byte Type to be set as LSB not MSB
• Verification method to be set to Finger OR Card and not Finger or Card & Finger
