  1. Open the Gui and go to Setup -> Devices
  2. Click on SAL tab
  3. Send Programming.
  4. Send Offline Data
  5. Go to C:\horio-publishing_UK\CustomerName\Horio Web\SynelDataFiles\AccessControl
  6. Delete the dir001.rdy file
  7. Make sure these files are present in the folder
  8. ​


now
  1. Go to the sal folder and copy Dir002 fun gen & sys to the CopyFrom Folder for each device
  2. Copy all folders.
  3. Paste into C:\horio-newlook\Install\SYconrollerService\Files\UK_CustomerName\AccessControl\clockxxx_copyfrom
