Script Executor doesn't work on Local Installation

Issue: When trying to run the script executor the result shows Error The System cannot find the file specified.

Solution: The utility cannot find the exe which we use to execute SQL Scripts. To see if this is the case, please run the following line in Command Prompt: sqlcmd -? If you see some output, then the following fix is not relevant. If you see something like "... is not recognized ...", then follow the link below.
