SYNERGY 5 - FACE SYNCHRONISATION - how does it work?

The synch information can be found in the device's logs in ....\Logs\Horio Web\General\name of the device

  1. When you enrol a face on a device, the template is uploaded to the database:

The template is stored in this table:

  1. Then the template is uploaded to all devices online the employee is allowed to use including the device where the face was enrolled

This table shows devices that need to be synched - usually when the device is not online
