Offline License Manager Installation doesnt update menu
On Hosted sites - when we click apply License, it does 2 things automatically:
- Create and execute Menu structure based on items selected
- Apply License
on Local installation - since it cannot do the automated process, we copy only License key and apply it manually. This means the License does get applied but the Menu structure doesn't get updated as per the selection made in License Manager!
Solution
When creatating the license there is a new field for License Type Online / Offline set this to Offline. Once you have created the License and Saved it there is a button that now appears in top right to Generate Menu Info, download this file to the client server and replace the 212 Menuinfo.sql with this custom version.
