Absence Request Notification Received But No Records Visible

Customer complained that an absence manager was receiving the notification for an absence pending approval but there were no records visible on approve absence screen

Cause

the cause was a miss match between the number of staff who were set to use the employee as an absence manager and the employees who had been selected as visible to the employee under Software Security.

Solution

the solution is to realign the the absence manager employees with the visible employees selected under absence manager.
