Synergy Workforce - ANPR - Re sync Car plates

Try doing a full re-sync of local data of the ANPR Client Service:
- Stop HorioANPRClientService
- Navigate to the service folder, and delete anpr.db database.
- Start HorioANPRClientService
Please do that when there's no constant transaction influx, to avoid losing transactions
Additionally, there have been fixes to sync between server and local database in version 5.4.0. So, if the customer is running older version, please upgrade both server and HorioANPRClient service.
IMPORTANT Before upgrading, please copy the current FSANPRResultsAPI.dll located in the service's folder, and restore it back once upgraded.
