The issue has been fixed and a package has been uploaded to FTP at /SyncMasterInstalls/Hotfixes/VisitorsApplication_15112021.zip

For new visitor registration, the Expiry To time will be +1 hour to current time by default. This can be changed in the configuration file, using the setting called EXPIRY_TO_AHEAD_TIME

The value is in a HH:mm:ss format. Please refer to VisitorsSystem.exe.config.example file included in the package.
