Bio Mini USB fingerprint enroller not detected on SynergyWF enrolment screen

For web enrolment to work, each client PC will need to have Web Agent running locally. Run the AgentCtrl.exe from the files (You may need to run it with elevate permission depending on the security set for individual user), You can get relevant drivers/files on H: drive.

This should start web agent and must display following status (by default it hides under taskbar on the right-hand side)

Key Reasons why BioMini Mouse not detected by Local PC.

  1. Web Agent not installed on local computer.
  2. Web Agent not run while enrolment.
  3. Web Agent driver not matching with the type of Bio Mini mouse provided/used by a Customer.
  4. Web Agent installation files not having full administrative rights.
  5. Security software/anti-virus blocking the agent to install or run.
  6. Web Browser not updated - Chrome Recommended.
