Half Day Absence Doesn't Count Towards OT Balancing

When using Half day paid absence the Employee works > 50% expected and should be entitled to OT but system only pays as Basic.

  • The employee shift is 07:30 -13:30 estimated 6 hours full day or 3 hours half day
  • The employee had a Β½ day worth 3 hours booked as holiday (paid as basic)
  • The employee came in at 05:00 and worked til 10:30 then went home on their half day

This should result in 6 Hours at Basic and 2.5 as OT to be Authorised

We actually get 8.5 paid as basic.

The daily calculation is set as first 6 Basic all other is OT to Authorise

Why has it stopped counting the extra hours as OT??

There is a Radio button that must be toggled to ON under System Settings > Options > Processing > Enable Counter Hours Capping
