Pay Categories

Pay categories are the buckets that worked time is split into according to your rules, for example Basic, overtime rates and percentage uplifts. You can define up to 20.

Find them under Work Rules > Pay Categories.

To change one, click the pencil icon on its row. The edit screen lets you set:

  • Description
  • Exclude From Contracts (on or off)
  • Export Code
  • Sage Export Code (FR)
  • Colour
