Menu Options for advanced features like Report Designer will not Appear after licensing.

If you've enabled a dedicated Report Designer module for the customer in their license, once license is saved, you have to:

  1. Download menu info script and execute it on customer's database
  2. Copy new license key generated and apply it in License Info page

If the above doesn't work, you may have possibly enabled EASY CLOCKING for customer unknowingly - check it by running select IsSlimVersion from SoftwareMainOptions

If that says 1, then you either need to update the customer's license in Web License manager and tick "Easy Clocking", save, and do steps 1 adn 2 again.

If Easy Clocking is not intended, disable it by executing: update SoftwareMainOptions set IsSlimVersion = 0 and after that, do the steps 1 and 2 again
