Visitor's Management badge Printing issues.

Various Possibilities why printer fails to print badges -

  1. When Printer and Tablet are not on the same Wi-Fi network
  2. Printer IP not matching to the device settings in GUI.
  3. Label size not matching with device Settings in the GUI
  4. Printing options not set on the Visitor's settings screen in GUI.
  5. Designed badge not attached to the visitor type in Visitor's Settings in GUI
  6. Designed card/badge template size not matching with printer settings and size of label.
  7. Badges roll not adjust properly.
  8. Wrong roll type error message on Printer - settings on printer Template mode set to ON; it must be OFF.
  9. Weak or unstable Wi-Fi network.

Other possibilities -

  1. Software issue
  2. Faulty printer

Best way to deal with it is to test the VM system on more then 1 site trying different Wi-Fi network.
