Workdayload.csv SWF to export employees working pattern/expected hours every day for same day at 06:00am (proposed time) Future Days to be included = -1 Past Days to be included = 21

Brief: EmployeeID Column = Employee No DurationDays Column= 1 means working (including Absences) and 0 means Non-Workday (Day OFF) DurationMinutes Column = No of minutes worked (including Paid Absence) for the day (Net Hours) Category Column: All the Categories must be defined as following within Synergy Workforce. Day OFF Template = Non-Workday. All other Daily Templates assigned to Employees = Workday Absences = Currently Cascade Software has 3 drop down selection when inserting Sickness for an employee

Amendments in Existing Payroll Output report - NSK would like to exclude some list of absence to be reflected in the existing AbsenceList.csv Payroll output report. Currently report pulls all absences which are defined in Workrules -> Absences if used when authorising working hours. For example - Work from home is the absence NSK use to record the absence, but NSK don't want Work from home to be exported or reflected to payroll out report both manually from GUI and on FTP export via integration. My suggestion is to provide include/exclude option in the absences for customer to decide which code need to be exported and which one needs to be ignored.

In AbsenceList.csv file DurationDays and DurationMinutes column consider only Half and Full day. NSK would like to use partial absence (Using compensation method as HH:MM) and would like the calculation depending on it. For example - Employee has worked certain hours on First half (ideally more than half day) and part of a second half is taken as partial absence for 2 hours. Currently Payroll report shows half day duration and Minutes. We had a chat with Cascade about a change, but they mentioned not to change Column C (DurationDays) , This column will accept only 0.25,0.5,0.75 and 1 values and hence it will fail the transfer. But with Column D (DurationMinutes) - we can send partial absence hours which will be accepted by Cascade. Example - Report should show
