Using a SY910 with Harmony
SY910, SY920, SY940If a customer formerly using SY920 or SY940 Face devices needs a clock replaced and you only have a SY910 available you must make the following chnages to the Harmony server and the replacement SY910 or you wont get communications and the templates wont work.
On 910 menu select :
- Advanced > Algorithm Version > Algorithm 2.6
- Menu > 5 > 5 > 4 Algorithm Version select > 1 Algorithm 2.6 Ent
- Menu > 5 > 2 > 1 > 5 > 1 Set Push to Server OFF
On the server you must install the Face Crack.zip contents to the SY Server / Sy Bridge directory
