Checking Suprema Device Logs

  • Navigate to Events in the system.
  • Identify affected users and access denial reasons.
  • If all doors are affected, check the system calendar and global settings.

Common Suprema Issues & Fixes

User in Security Group but Denied Access

  • Verify the door is included in the assigned security group.
  • If missing, add the door and save changes.
  • Sync updates to the Suprema device.

Updates Not Applying

  • Go to Maintenance > Select Door.
  • Select the affected user and click Sync.
  • If issues persist, delete and re-add the user.

Unknown Card Error

  • Check if the card number matches the system record.
  • Verify the card's expiration date.
  • Ensure the security group includes the correct door.

Auto Mode Blocking Access

  • Navigate to Auto Mode Settings.
  • Check if an auto mode is set improperly.
  • Remove the auto mode and retest.

Device Rejecting All Access

  • Restart the Suprema Service in Server Settings > Services.
  • Resync the device.
