SupremaChecking Suprema Device Logs
- Navigate to Events in the system.
- Identify affected users and access denial reasons.
- If all doors are affected, check the system calendar and global settings.
Common Suprema Issues & Fixes
User in Security Group but Denied Access
- Verify the door is included in the assigned security group.
- If missing, add the door and save changes.
- Sync updates to the Suprema device.
Updates Not Applying
- Go to Maintenance > Select Door.
- Select the affected user and click Sync.
- If issues persist, delete and re-add the user.
Unknown Card Error
- Check if the card number matches the system record.
- Verify the card's expiration date.
- Ensure the security group includes the correct door.
Auto Mode Blocking Access
- Navigate to Auto Mode Settings.
- Check if an auto mode is set improperly.
- Remove the auto mode and retest.
Device Rejecting All Access
- Restart the Suprema Service in Server Settings > Services.
- Resync the device.
