Cant sign in, User name & password are correct!

If trying to sign in on a sign in on a site running > 4.1.0 using the Chrome or Edge browser, Try the following.

Clear your browser cache
Check Caps Lock
Ensure the capitalization of your username matches what was defined (they are case sensitive same as passwords)

If all else fails and each time you sign in it returns you back to the login page without saying the password is wrong please download and try using either Safari or Firefox browsers.
