How To Send Logs from Synergy 5&10

Steps

  • Press the top left icon
  • Authenticate with a supper admin - Normally the super admin code is 12345679012, if otherwise, you can go to System Setup à Select the device à Tab Synergy Home Settings à Super Admin Pin Code
  • Select the option to send logs
  • Type the recipient's email address and how many days back of logs
